Returns and Exchanges
What items are qualified for returns / exchanges?
We only accept returns/exchanges for orders which meet any of the ff. conditions:
- wrong product delivered
- damaged product
- defective product
Do you offer refunds?
All transactions online and in stores are non-refundable. You may return or exchange an item provided they meet terms and conditions identified below. We can also issue you with store credit to be used on your next purchase.
How do we return or exchange our products?
Please email us at: email@example.com with the following details:
- order / transaction number
- reason for the return/exchange
- photos of your item
Once your request has been approved, we will notify you via email, and you may ship your order back to us.
Items to be exchanged need to be returned within two (2) days of receiving your order. After inspection of the returned product, it will take one to two (1-2) business days for the refund/exchange to be processed. Once we have received the item for exchange, please allow another two (2) business days for your exchange to be processed and shipped.
Please note that all replacements will depend on the availability of your desired product for exchange. Depending on the customer’s preference, we also offer store credits. Items marked down (sale), and those purchased under promotions, are not qualified for return or exchange.
What is the cost to return or exchange an item?
Postage fees for the return of items back to us are to be shouldered by the customer.
We will only shoulder the postage fees in returning products back to the customer IF product/s were damaged and/or were the incorrect product/s delivered.
