In Stores - Or if you’re more traditional, and you’d like to touch and feel it by hand before purchasing, no problem! You can check us out, at any of our stores.

How do I place an order online?
You can place an order directly on our website or message us on Instagram or Facebook with the following information:

  • Name:
  • Contact Number:
  • Order Item:
  • Shipping Address:

We'll be sure to message you with the total amount to be paid, including the shipping fee to confirm receipt of your order.


What modes of payment do you accept?
Online purchases: Bank deposit (BPI and BDO), Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard) and PayPal
In-stores: Cash, Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard), WeChat, AliPay, PayMaya

     

    How do I know if you’ve received my order?
    Once you have placed your order on our website, you will immediately receive a confirmation email.

    If you have placed an order via Instagram or Facebook, we will get back to you with a confirmation message. Please review your order details carefully to make sure everything is correct!


    Can I cancel or modify my order before it ships?
    You may only cancel or modify within twenty-four (24) hours after placing your order, by sending us an email at shop@islandgirlph.com.

    Please recognize that we can only accept your changes and/or cancellations IF your order has not been dispatched.  We will notify you nonetheless, that we have received your request, and an email confirming your change request will then be sent.

    For changes in shipping address, the same process applies. Please email within said period, and include the following information:

    • Name of buyer
    • Designated order /transaction no
    • Indicate the complete address and contact number at the new address you want us to ship to.
